Hi, I'm Mandy
Certified RTCc Therapist
Welcome to Holo Healing
I'm a therapist who works with adults and youth—from those navigating anxiety, addiction, and burnout, to professionals and high achievers seeking clarity, balance, and meaningful growth.
My practice is inclusive and person-centered, welcoming people from all backgrounds — including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent communities, as well as entrepreneurs, artists, and other creative thinkers.
With a background in creativity, community care, and somatic healing, I bring a deep understanding of the mind–body connection. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental — focused on helping you uncover barriers, build self-trust, and reconnect with your own strength and wisdom.
Creating a welcoming space for
My Story
As a neurodivergent artist, author, and parent, I draw on lived experience, creativity, and advocacy to create a space that feels genuine, grounded, and empowering.
I know what it's like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected — from yourself, from others, from the life you want to be living. I also know what it's like to find your way back. That journey is what led me to this work.
"I believe healing is a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, compassion, and lifelong growth."
My path to becoming a therapist wasn't linear. I've been a creator, a caregiver, an advocate, and someone who has done my own deep work to understand how the mind and body hold our stories. These experiences shape how I show up in the therapy room — with authenticity, warmth, and a genuine belief in your capacity to heal and grow.
I created Holo Healing because I wanted to offer the kind of support I once needed: therapy that sees the whole person, honors where you've been, and meets you exactly where you are.
My Approach
How I work is just as important as what we work on. Here's what you can expect from our time together.
Inclusive
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for people from all walks of life, with deep allyship to 2SLGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent communities.
Collaborative
We work together — therapy is a shared process where your insight, lived experience, and intuition guide the pace and direction of our work.
Trauma-Informed
I work from a trauma-informed lens that honors each person's lived experience and supports healing at a safe, sustainable pace.
Mind–Body Connection
I draw from somatics, mindfulness, and holistic healing to help clients reconnect with their bodies and cultivate a sense of calm, awareness, and balance.
Creative Expression
Through curiosity, imagination, and self-expression, I support clients in accessing their creativity as a path to healing, insight, and growth.
Lived Understanding
As a neurodivergent artist, parent, and advocate, I bring genuine understanding, compassion, and authenticity to every session.

I offer two complementary approaches to therapy, tailored to how you process and what you need.
